At NightGlowHome, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
